Move Out JUST A REMINDER TO THOSE OF YOU MOVING OUT THIS AUGUST: Move out day is AUG 6TH by noon sorry no exceptions. Your last rent payment will be July 1st and if you paid a deposit it will be mailed to you within 60 days of your move out.

District Pool Party with a live DJ on 5/26 For all Current Residents, Incoming Residents and guests. Come and have fun at the first pool party of the summer! We will have FREE pizza, a Live DJ from WVAQ playing whatever you want to hear for ultimate fun! Also, we will have various activities and prizes!!! Come down and Enjoy the Fun!

Graduation Party The District Apartments will be honoring our graduates through a Graduation Party on Friday, May 7th 2010! Congratulations on your achievement. Join us in the cafe for free pizza. Even if you're not graduating yet you could still enjoy free pizza. Aslo you can renew your lease and recieve a $250 visa gift card.
